We are committed to empowering and supporting the cultural capital of Aboriginal people in Western Australia. We understand that to empower Aboriginal people and effectively affirm their culture requires long term commitment and resourcing from partner agencies.
The Aboriginal Arts and Cultural Development programs in the Eastern and Southern Wheatbelt involve developing opportunities to partner with local government authorities within the metropolitan and regional areas to engage the Aboriginal communities, through art and cultural means, in order to contribute to the cultural, social and economic vitality and sustainability of these communities.
