CAN WA is a Registered Training Organisation that develops and delivers arts and cultural development training programs - both nationally recognised courses and customised training. Our areas of specialty include cultural planning, cultural mapping, youth and indigenous engagement, arts administration and community arts project management.

Community Engagement and Cultural Planning course
A waiting list for 2010 is now available. Contact CAN WA to be registered for the possibility of an early 2010 course.
The Community Engagement and Cultural Planning course examines the dynamics of engaging the community and writing cultural plans. The course is perfect for arts, culture and community development staff in local government and organisations that are developing cultural plans for their communities.
Public and Community Arts Course
The Public and Community Arts course introduces participants to the basic concepts and processes involved in the development and management of public and community arts projects.
Liveworx
The LiveworX Training: Creative Pathways Program, a nationally accredited skills development program for young people 16 – 25 years.
Customised training
CAN WA can also provide customised accredited and non-accredited arts and cultural development training, and mentoring, to suit your organisations needs.
