HistoryThe Indigenous Arts and Cultural Development Unit in Kellerberrin is CAN WA’s first regional office, established in 2007. Kellerberrin was selected as the site for the Unit not only because of its history as a significant meeting place for Indigenous peoples, but also because it has a strong and enduring local Indigenous culture. Kellerberrin is the home of the bi-annual Keela Dreaming Festivals which bring together storytellers, dancers, artists and writers from all around the state, making it a natural focal point for Indigenous arts in WA. | Launch of Kellerberrin Unit
