A big, hearty congratulations to all the applicants who were successful in the March round of the Catalyst Community Arts Fund.
CAN WA was able to fund 11 projects, totalling more than $112,000.
The successful projects include a photography program for young people facing multiple disadvantages and complex needs, regional artists working with community groups in Port Hedland to produce a street scape installation made from recycled materials and singing workshops for a metropolitain community choir.
The Catalyst fund is managed by CAN WA on behalf of the State of Western Australia through the Department of Culture and the Arts and is supported by the Mental Health Commission WA.
