Oxfam - Creative Designers for Climate Change

Staff at Oxfam Australia’s Perth Office and volunteers are working intensely on the climate change campaign. Climate change will affect everyone, but it will affect poor people in developing countries first and most dramatically. We are determined to act on climate change and greatly appreciate your support, whether it is through signing a petition, donating, or volunteering with us.

We want to build a media prop that will help with lobbying on climate change and are seeking creative technicians to help build the climate change prop.

The prop will be taken to every federal politician in WA as part of a lobby/media push

Ideas for prop include:

1. An ice flow that protesting polar bears (people in suits) can stand on (in water) and which is fold-upable and can fit on an ordinary trailer.

2. A floating piece of astroturf back garden to look like a backgarden.
