Working With Children CheckThe Working With Children Check aims to help protect children under the age of 18 in Western Australia. It is one strategy that employers can implement to ensure people who work with children are suitable to do so. Application forms are available at Australia Post outlets. Applications must be made in person at certain Australia Post outlets, so that proof of identity can be checked and a photograph taken. DOWNLOAD: Adobe Reader Completing an application form online Some of our PDF application forms have the ability to be typed into and either printed or saved ('Save As'). To complete an application form by typing into the fields on your computer, you need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. Click on a field to type or click the 'Highlight fields' button at the top of the PDF. To save your data, go to File>Save As in Adobe Reader and save your form with your name or the name of the organisation applying. You can then send the form to us via email attachment.
