Jill Brown, the Funding Manager, is calling for draft applications now. Jill can read through your application and provide feedback before your application is submitted to the assessment panel on 30 September.
Catalyst grants are available for community arts projects and for professional Community Artists.
Category A Innovate & Category B Create
Up to $15,000 to fund community arts projects where participants work with an artist to develop their creative skills and express their local culture and identity through the creation of artworks in any medium.
Category C Develop
Up to $10,000 for professional Community Artists or CACD Workers to expand and develop their practice working with communities.
Catalyst supports projects that promote the values of community empowerment, social inclusion, respect for diversity and self-determination. CAN manages Catalyst on behalf of the State of Western Australia through the Department of Culture and the Arts.
