Sandra has a deep background in community arts, culture and music in Malaysia, PNG and Australia. As the Director of Community Arts Network WA for 7 years, Sandra had a huge influence in community cultural development in WA. Her advocacy for disability and the arts has been significant for people with intellectual disabilities.
