The Community Engagement and Cultural Planning Course covers the concepts of culture, community cultural development, creative community consultation and engagement, cultural mapping/planning and evaluation.
It includes two units of competency (one at a diploma level)
- LGAGOVA606B Developing and maintaining a community cultural plan
- LGACOM502B Devising and conducting community consultations.
The 2012 course dates are:
Part 1- 15, 16 & 17 February

Part 2- 15 & 16 March
Course costs:
- $ 800 Individual CAN WA member / concession (student or senior)
- $1000 Individual non-member
- $1600 Organisational CAN WA member
- $1800 Organisational non-member
