Soula has been a CAN WA Board Member since 2008. In her current role as Curator of Museums and Local History with the City of Melville, she develops and manages exhibitions, public programs and collection for the Heathcote Museum and Gallery, the Melville Discovery Centre (Municipal Museum), the Wireless Hill Telecommunications Museum and provides local history and heritage services.

Her qualifications of a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Art History have been complemented by Diploma in Photographic Studies and a Certificate of Professional Photography from Ecole EFFET, Paris and a Certificate in Museum Studies at Edith Cowan University. She has extensive experience both in photography and as a curator. Previous roles include a position as Curatorial Officer with the WA Maritime Museum and as a Production Assistant with National Geographic Magazine coordinating photographic production for a feature article on Greece.
