Grace Minton has worked as a management consultant for over eight years in the area of Human Resources and Organisational Development. Grace has experience consulting across the energy, resources, government and oil & gas sectors.

Grace’s experience ranges from facilitating workshops and group work for individual self‑awareness, team development and training, to the design of corporate HR Strategy, systems, organisational surveys and cultural change interventions. Grace also offers a strong combination of capabilities in research, systems thinking and creative problem solving.

Grace is self-employed and has just joined Dynamic Creation, a Personal Development and Coaching Company as a Director. Her two greatest passions are personal development and art. In her current work, Grace is working towards a vision of creating a Peer Coaching Network, in which people from all walks of life are able to learn transformational coaching skills and participate in a supportive coaching community. In her 20’s, Grace led personal development events in a non-profit organisation and specialised in leading events for young adults and people raised in poverty. She is a strong believer in the connection between personal empowerment and social change.

Before working as a consultant, Grace studied a BA Communications at Curtin University, majoring in Language and Culture Studies, and perusing Creative Writing throughout her Degree. Following from this, she completed Honours at Murdoch University, writing a history of the cultural construction of young people in Australian government youth policy.
