george kingsley | Chairperson
George has been a member of the CAN WA Board since 2005 and has held the position of Chairperson since 2007. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from University of Western Australia. Currently, he is a Registrar for the District Court. He has held positions as honorary solicitor for Geriaction (WA) Inc. (an organisation specialising in aged care issues), the Australian Transpersonal Institute Inc. (an organisation promoting transpersonal psychology), Theatre Kimberley Inc. and Mercy Aged Care.
George’s interests are in history and genealogy, environmental issues, music and arts. He is a partner in Heirloom Biography, a business that writes privately commissioned biographies.
