CAN WA is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a maximum of 12 individuals from diverse academic, career and social backgrounds. Board Directors are responsible for the strategic leadership and governance of the organisation, with policy development, compliance and overall accountability resting with the Board. Members are elected to the Board following nomination.
